Ashlea is clinically trained, holding a Diploma in Professional Pilates Instruction — qualified to teach Studio, Matwork, and Reformer Pilates. She holds a special interest in Pre and Postnatal, Perimenopause, Menopause, and Hypermobility. Ashlea undertakes professional development monthly as a Registered Pilates Professional of the Pilates Association Australia and AusActive — and is one of only a small number of PAA members selected as part of their Pilot Mentoring Circle.
